Just installed yesterday. Safe is heavy and sturdy. Works exactly as expected. Instructions are simple and easy to understand. Biometric programming was simple and worked first time for each finger programmed. Shipped with heavy screws for installation. I used similar sized lag bolts. Much easier to tighten with socket than screwdriver inside the tight space. I also nailed a piece of scrap wood on the inside of the stud to support the safe while I securing. Made it quite simple to install without any assistance. Biggest problem was shipping. First product had been dropped on the corner and the flange bent. Packaging wasn't really that bad but the nature of the product makes this kind of damage more likely so would inspect immediately on arrival. Amazing customer service from Amazon with replacement on my porch literally the day after I requested return. Replacement was received without the necessary keys and opening tool. Again replacement was immediate, within 48 hours.

Nice, well built wall safe. I liked the idea of biometrics and it worked when I first programmed it, but it seems to have lost the imprint forcing me to open it using the keys. Once installed, it is not as easy to make programming changes. It did install easily, and the instructions were well written and easy to follow.

The safe is made well and sturdy. After opening the box and taking measurements I was very disappointed. The specs aren't what is noted in the description. The "product" dimensions (31x4x15) differ from the actual size (29 7/8 x 3 7/16 x 13 3/4). The depth is satisfactory but the height is short 1 1/8" and the width is short 2 1/4". So, buyers are being shorted in height and width. Additionally, the width is not commensurate with standard space between wall studs of 16" (this requires shimming of 1 1/8" on each side).

This was great, and easy to install and start up. The biometrics are wonderful. No complaints about it, wish the inside safe door could be removed easier than having to cut it off if u dont want a safe inside a safe. Feels much thicker than what it says it is. Love the table inside also.

The safe looks and works great. It is roomy and sturdy. The install would have went smoother had I known that the width of the safe is not optimal for fitting between 16" OC studs. You have to add shims for a proper fit. Also, I used 1/4" lag screws to make the install super strong and much easier since I could use a socket wrench. We are very happy with our purchase at this time.

I installed my safe today and will comment on my experience so far. It really wasn't a problem to install but I was very careful not to select a wall with known electrical connections on either side. I was very relieved to see that there was no wires or pipes in the area of the cut-out but there was an electrical wire about 2 feet below my cut-off that I suppose was going to a plug in the next gap but all was clear for me. I was able to use the enclosed screws to secure the safe as I have an electric drill with enough torque to seat the screws but I understand why some folks switch to the lag bolts and seat them with a ratchet wrench. The unit is pretty heavy due to its size and the walls are not as thick as I had assumed it would be but it's enough to defer anyone short of taking the wall out. So far the fingerprint reader is working ok but it doesn't like my right index finger. Sometimes it works and sometimes I have to switch to the left index which always works. I wish there was a better way to store pistols besides just propping them up on the middle shelf. I fail to see the need of the locked compartment inside the safe but I have to remember this was designed as a pharmacy safe so perhaps that's a backup lock for addictive drugs. Who knows? I'll add more as we use it for a while.

The media could not be loaded. I don't know where to start with how AWFUL this product is...first, they said it was 'white' well, it's not. Then the measurements provided online were wrong, which required a much more complex install. Then the fingerprint reader was VERY VERY VERY inconsistent and tricky. THEN, the key stopped working...fortunately, it was opened when this happened. THEN...THEN...you couldn't lock it safe under any circumstances. So, finding customer service was nearly impossible...you have to email and provide them with your first born child basically THEN...they say, 'yeah, it's broken and you have 2 options...send it back or we'll send you a part." THIS SAFE WEIGHS 65 LBS...it's not like you just put it in a padded envelope and mail it. AND...what makes me believe after having this piece of garbage safe for ONE MONTH that I can install the correct part? UPDATE:::::THEY SAID THEY DIAGNOSED THE PROBLEM, SENT ME A PART TO 'FIX IT' -- I HAD TO WATCH 4 VIDEOS TO FIGURE OUT HOW TO TAKE THE PANEL OFF...UNDO THE CIRCUITS...AND REINSTALL THE SELONOID WHATEVER...AND GUESS WHAT? IT STILL DIDN'T WORK!!!!
