I’m having the same problem. I was sent an 18 character pin code and it’s asking for 25 characters. I can’t locate a place to contact about it!!?? Very upset children!!

The code is in the email they send to tell you it has been despatched. I was a bit disappointed because I purchased this item for my granddaughter’s birthday and obviously there wasn’t actually anything to give her. I wasn’t aware that you didn’t get the card itself.
