Does the inside stains with time?

Yes mine stained in the inside in the center after the first month I cook daily, they are no longer non stick, I bought my set in March 2023, don’t waist your money,

How is the measurement figured ?

The top diameter of the pans is what's being measured, not the bottom. Hope this helps.

Is the bottom smooth or nobbed? I ask because nobbed will leave spots on glass stove top. Thanks

They are smoothed bottomed on our set. They don't have any nobs or rivets. Just a flat bottom.
