Glacier Ridge Farms Smoked Gouda Gourmet Spreadable Cheese 8oz (One Cup)

I actually order this every year for my husband as a Christmas gift because he loves it so much. Cheese is soft and easy to spread on crackers. The flavor pairs well with buttery crackers, such as Club - but we had Zesty Ritz this year and it worked wonderfully with them. Pleasantly smoky and creamy - even my son, picky eater that he is, devoured it on crackers. Every time I've ordered, this cheese does not disappoint. Quite worth the purchase in our house! Very yummy.

We’ve enjoyed this soft smoked Gouda cheese for the holidays. It arrived well packaged, felt like good quality, has nice Smokey flavor and is very spreadable. I’d say the price was reasonable as well. I haven’t been able to find this type of smoked spreadable Gouda cheese in our local markets and most of the other spreadable types of cheeses are priced high in specialty cheese sections in the stores so it was great to find this online!

Amazing flavor and great consistency

I was given smoked gouda spread for the first time on a plane ride a few months ago and it was delicious. I tried finding it in my local grocery stores but couldn't. Finally found it on Amazon and it did not disappoint. It is so creamy and not too smokey like some of the hard smoked gouda's I've tried. My friend came over the other night, and I put it out with some thin water crackers and she couldn't stop eating it. She took a photo of it to order it for herself.

To start with, I should have read the description better. I assumed this was just Gouda but when I received the product, I saw under "Ingredients" "Gouda and Cheddar Cheese". This was stated in the description but I failed to read everything....my bad. Despite that, I do like the flavor although it is a bit mild (I have had actual Smoked Gouda from Norway which was absolutely divine and not available anywhere is the US that I could find) but I did not find this Gouda at all salty which I have seen some people mention but that might also be a matter of taste or perhaps a difference in production. I would buy this again since it is great on crackers. Buy some and Bon Appetit!
