At first I was confused on where the dimension is measured and thought the 21mm Maymom was the same size as the 24mm Medela flange that came with my pump. But I realized I should be measuring from the flanged size (which is a harder place to get a measurement.) Of course the stem side will be the same dimension in order to fit in the pump, but it’s kind of counterintuitive to me for some reason. I tried the smaller 21mm flange and it worked great. The diameter of this flange (breast side) was the same as the oval Medela flange’s smaller dimension, so not too small. I found the overall fit to be good.My package was sealed and it didn’t look used, but of course I still cleaned and sanitized it before using.

I bought these to see if they fit better than the ones that usually come with the pump. Sure enough they made a tighter seal & worked great.

I bought this cause the default 24mm flange was just to big and I was not having a lot of success pumping. These are a much better size, though I probably could've went to a 19. I'm getting more out of my sessions but I wish they were oval. I found the oval shape of the default to provide better suction. These are round and it's hard to get a seal for me. But it is a step in the right direction for me personally.

My babe is a month old and I pump three times a day. Normally I get 1 oz from each breast. Then I noticed my flange was to big (24) so I purchased this. It works amazingly and the milk just flows ! It doesn’t hurt my nipple like the bigger size did and I got a full bottle full within ten minutes !! It’s super easy to clean and so comfortable to use.

I didn’t realize how annoying a circular plastic flange would be. It pulls and is very uncomfy. It does work tho.

Bought this for my medela manual pump and have had zero issues.

Was hesitant to buy this, but I couldn’t find a smaller flange for my Lansinoh pump. Overpriced, but it fits my pump!

When using breast milk pumps, these adapters helped my wife a lot during breastfeeding. Easy to clean and durable.

I liked that the flange is longer than the medela one. What I don't like is the ridge where it flares out is on the inside instead of the outside like the 19mm flanges. It caused unnecessary pain and damage to my nipples within a few days.
