Armando Martillo Boys Flat Front Elastic Waist Dress Pants (Regular & Husky Fits)

I’m not a fake reviewer... I’m a real parent who has a hard time finding school uniform pants to fit my 5 year old who is an over average boy in height and weight. When trying on pants at the Uniform stores, I found that the pants fit in length, but were too tight around the waist and unable to button. Poor kid had to endure the unpleasant uncomfortable feeling the first week of school because he had to suck in his stomach so that we could button the store bought pants. Fortunately I found this company. After receiving the pants and having my son try them on, we found that they fit perfectly around the waist. True to size and my son loved the elastic waistband. The only downside about the pants is that the length might-will have to be altered to fit. For those parents who have the same problem finding school uniforms for your child, you will be very happy with this company.

My son takes a 10H in uniform pants. He takes a 14H in Izod dress pants. so wasn't sure what to order. I followed Husky size guide for this product. 30 waist with 21 inch inseam, size 10 Husky and fit was spot on. He is 90 ILBs and about 53 inches but mainly his stomach is the husky part. :) The pants have some room to grow but look well fitted. The length is a bit long but not much. And the pants narrow considerably at the bottom so it is no issue even without a hem. The pants are a bit thin, the waist a bit high, but it has been so hard to find anything but black husky dress pants, I don't care if they are not perfect. Their is just no selection. Would have loved to have bought a suit but the fit if you are husky is just off for us. We bought a Nordstom Navy blue blazer size 12H and I am giving up on the idea of getting him a suit for the multitude of formal occasions we have coming up. And it will be navy blue blazer with these gray pants.

These may work well for an older child, but the proportions are all wrong for a toddler's body. These are too long in the leg and crotch and too tight in the waist. My guy is long and lanky so normally we have the opposite problem. They seem intended to be high waisted, but the way toddler bodies are shaped these are all wrong. Not cut to allow for toddler bellies. Quality is as expected for price point. Would have liked more give in the elastic waistband. They'll work for a one time use (ring bearer in family wedding) but I wouldn't buy again.

My son is very picky with his pants but really likes these. I'm waiting (and hoping!) that they will go on sale so I can buy him a whole bunch of them.Update: playing sports my son managed to split the seems down one pant leg. The good news is that since it was just the stitching which ripped, the pants were able to be easily resewn.

I always dress my son up for school and these pants are a hit in my home. I have purchased them several times. They are very comfortable and his teachers love the way he's so well dressed. Would definitely recommend .

Many of the dress pant styles run small, so I hoped that one with an elastic waist would be a good fit for my son. They fit better than other styles, but the elastic waist really didn't provide much extra space and the front was still a bit binding. They seemed to be a nice quality, but the fit wasn't good.

Nice pants. Very dressy look with the elastic in the back so my son doesn't look like he has on husky pants. Of course he is short so I had to hem the pant. Unlike other pants, the hem looks very natural and not boot cut looking.
