It's the dog's for ball throwing!
I actually bought this before i got my dog.. i wnated to see how sturdy and how far i couid throw this ball. I then went and got a dog. My dog goes great with the ball thrower. It's awesome.. I throw the ball and he brings it back to me. It's great fun and the dog can't stop wagging his tail. Its a win win situation. I have a great ball trower, and my dog gets some great excercise as well. My dog is really fast now and he can beat all the other dogs to the abll when i trow it in the park.. All the other dog owners look a bit upset that their fat dogs can't get to the ball before mine. ha ha.. Buy this ball thrower, test it out... then get a dog to bring the ball back to you! ;-)

Not suitable for dogs with strong jaws!
Think again before buying these balls if your dog is a Staffy or Staffy crossbreed (which is what my dog is). Her first ball lasted just over a day before it was not suitable for her to have it any longer, she is now on her second ball, which lasted for about 20 minutes before it was punctured, and if it goes the same way as the last ball, it will last for approximately 1 - 2 hours before it will be split. This is my second crossbreed Staffy dog, and the situation is exactly the same, therefore I will do what I did previously by buying tennis balls that are games suitable are are much more durable. As I mentioned earlier, don`t buy if you have a Staffy or any dog that has a strong bite -- you will be wasteing your money, stick with a good quality tennis ball.

Long lasting tennis balls for our dogs enjoyment all day long.
Thicker than normal tennis balls so last alot longer. A normal tennis ball for my staffy lasts 1-2 days. But these balls last upto 2 weeks. Dog loves them.

Complete waste of £
Delivered just now so took dog out trial same. Ball supplied unable be thrown as didn't free from launcher cup. Took smaller ball out too and this didn't either. Bought virtually similar for £3.75 locally and no such issues. Only a cm or so difference in 'length' too. Seeking refund.

Talks the talk, but misinformed!
At first the balls look and feel heavy and sturdier than normal tennis balls. Indeed my 2 German Shepherds liked them so much that after 2 minutes of play they requested New Balls. No, this wasn't Wimbledon, they had managed to split the balls in half along what would appear to be the joint between the 2 glued halves of the ball. This failure continued through the 2 packs purchased, each ball failing along the joint within minutes. Both my GSDs are not particularly chewers, they know toys are toys not to be destroyed etc.Great idea, poor performance.

Good for throwing.
Had these balls for two weeks now. Great ball for my Cockapoo. He’s not a destroyer of tennis balls so can’t comment on how tough they are. They’re well weighted for my throwing stick, I can get some good distance with these. Which means a well exercised dog. Balls have been subjected to sand, mud and icy ponds but still doing well. Over all, great ball for a dog that doesn’t want to destroy it but loves to chase it.

Nice dog balls
Unfortunately for me - they last about 10 minutes- but I do have a terrier!I can see the quality is very good and would be great for other breeds of dog.

Petzballs
The balls are quite heavy and bounce well until my staffordshire bull terrier put a hole in it. They do last longer than a normal tennis ball but are not as durable as I hoped. I have yet to find a ball that can withstand my girls teeth for long! And she loves playing ball every day
