This kit includes two crush sleeves, which, if you do your pinion correctly, you will need 2.
I liked the fact that these bearings were from the same company that made the OEM bearings. The kit includes two types of seal for the yoke. Yours is one of them.New bolts for the ring gear. nice. The combination of shims was extensive enough to fit in any shim dimension you may wind up with.I have 2500 miles on my install with 2000 pulling a 5600 lb camper trailer.Follow the break in procedure.I used a UV temperature probe. The diff started at 250 degrees in the first 10 miles.Take it easy and let it cool.Every time out, the temperature dropped.I runs on the average now of 115 deg pulling the camper. No noise.Change oil after 500 miles of break in.

Dead silent rear end
Ordered this along with Yukon gear posi since my G80 shat the bed. DO NOT order the 'bundle' as it jacks the price up over the price of purchasing individually.Everything we needed to completely rebuild the rear end was included with the exception of axle seals, bearings and oil. Rear is now dead quiet.

Great kit good parts bad description. Still very happy. Its to be expected with this stuff.
There is no description specific to this particular kit. I had to buy it hoping that it was the correct kit. There are multiple versions of the dana 30 front axle. One being a reverse rotation or high pinion d30. Another being a low pinion also referred to as short pinion. I have the low/short pinion axle. I bought this kit to install my new gears and while most of the kit is the same as the high pinion the outter pinion bearing and race are different. This axle also requires a crush sleeve which this particular kit does not come with. All other components are compatible with what i need. I have already installed the seals carrier bearings and inner pinion race. It wasnt until i was installing the outter pinion race that i noticed that one bearing is different in this kit and that there also isnt a crush sleeve. I have to run to the store and buy the outter bearing and race along with a crush sleeve separately now as im not removing these parts and waiting on shipping to do a return. This isnt quick performance’s problem. This is a yukon problem. They talk about the hundreds of kits they offer but offer absolutely no information on the kit your trying to buy…. I just wanted to let you know of this issue so that maybe there will be updates in the future so we know what we are buying from you before we click purchase. Great product as always! Just poor description which unfortunately is also typical.

GM, Dana 60 front end
I’ve bought many things from Yukon Gear all have been good they usually always use Timken bearing, which is the best in my opinion the kit is very complete comes with everything you’re going to need. My truck was a 1980 K 30 with a king pin style Dana 60 front end. Yukon wanted 400 and something dollars for this kit. I found it on Amazon for $199

fits 2000 grand marquis ls with 8.8 --- good product
this went alot smoother than i expected in my 2k grand marquis ls with a 8.8 diff. i wish they would label the bearings on the cards just to make it easier when you go to get them so you dont have to triple check yourself to be sure you have the right set. of course that could just be me, i just triple check it so i know i dont have to pull it apart again.... the shim kit was plenty for me, and i dont know if it was dumb luck or excellent oem fitment but i was able to reuse my old shims and my pattern came out perfect first go, i do wish they would offer this kit with the axle bearings and seals along with it so you can just do it all at once with one kit. but this went so much smoother than i expected, i had a bad axle bearing that ate into my axle, that caused a bad carried bearing so i just redid it all in my driveway, car rides smooth again, no noise at all. even after 16 heart attacks i was able to do this slowly and it only took me about 5 hours with hand tools thats even pressing them on with a old bearing and a small sledge.

Kit Labeled Wrong!
So I ordered the YK C9.25-R-B kit which is supposed to fit the '01-'10 Chrysler 9.25 Rear differential. It came in a couple days so as I began opening the box I checked the part number on the box to make sure I got the correct kit. The numbers matched so I dove right in. I started with the Carrier bearings witch pressed right on no problems. I didn't have the old ones because I had to cut them off. Next I installed the Pinion shaft Bearing (large one) after using the orig shim. Went right on no problems. I then installed the races for the pinion. The end race went in no problems but when it came to the one closest to the Carrier it didn't fit. About a half an inch bigger. So I went back to the Pinion shaft that had the new pressed bearing on and sure enough WAY TOO BIG! So I had to remove the bearing I had pressed on the pinion and figure out the right size bearing and race. By now the truck has been down for 4 days. By the time I got the correct bearing and race (which I had to buy separate) 6 days non operation. I then installed the correct Bearing onto the pinion shaft grabbed one of the crush collars out of the kit and installed it into the housing. I must have watched 10 videos on how to set the lash and crush the collar. But after removing and installing the pinion about 6 times with no luck crushing the collar I had about given up. I went back to the picture on amazon and sure enough the picture of the crush collar showed it having the hump protruding out in the middle. The 2 that came in the kit went inwards. WOW 12 days later I received the correct Crush collar (which again I bought separately) 14 days after starting the project I slid the axels in and drove the truck. Which by the way doesn't seem exactly right. Hopefully the Carrier Bearings were correct cause they and the gasket would be the only things that actually fit in the kit. The only thing I can deduct is that the contents of the kit were actually for the earlier year differential. I am going to ask for a refund and maybe the correct kit so I can possibly do it all over again with all the correct parts!

Identify your diff before ordering
Great kit....But I ordered the wrong one.I identified the diff by the diff cover which looked like a Dana 30 but the internal components turned out to be Mitsubishi Pajero ..Never assume.
