I use Urnex Rinza specifically to clean my steam wand, and it works incredibly well. I was having issues with my cup rinse drain line staying clear from all the milk foam and protein. After using Rinza for a few treatments it's completely cleaned out the drain lines, now I just maintain them a couple times a week with the solution and they stay perfect!

The steam want of my machine was getting clogged and sputtered steam. I followed the instructions on their YouTube video and it worked great. I just realize now that I have 3/4 products from Urnex (Cafiza for backflush, the grinder tablets, and their scoop/brush combo). I use the Cafiza on a regular basis and their brush held well. Great products from Urnex.

Great for espresso machines

I use Rinza to clean the milk carafe on my Gaggia Babila superautomatic coffee machine. I am 4 years in on this machine and, while the hubs and I don’t drink a ton of milk based coffees, this product seems to work well to clean and sanitize the milk carafe and associated tubing. The last jug I purchased lasted two years which testifies that we don’t use the milk carafe very often; mostly for “Fu-Fu” coffee drinks when grandkids are here and want a mocha latte or a hot cocoa to sip; although I’ve been drinking flat whites lately so I may need to start cleaning the carafe more often. Love how the measuring system on the bottle makes it easy to “dose” just the right amount of product. I will say that, over time, if you have a high end superautomatic machine, use quality coffee beans, proven maintenance products and religiously care for your machine, you will enjoy quality coffee drinks for years at a fraction of the price of a coffee shop.

Works really well. Melts away any residue.
