It's a OEM part, fit perfectly and works great. YouTube has some great videos on how to replace too! Not too hard, just pay attention to the details.

It’s the factory part, works great. Be careful installing you don’t crack your dash. Search on YouTube for video to install.

You had it available . GM Dealer said it wasn’t available and was “possibly” on recall. To be fair they had car running and returned to me in 24 hrs .

This switch was a drop-in replacement to my old switch in my 2006 Corvette C6 Base. Car started up right away with no hesitation after changing the switch. I had intermittent starting issues last year so decided to change my switch. It was inexpensive and an easy DIY. It has only been 1 week with the switch so time will tell if my old switch was the source of intermittent starting issues.
