Their variable adjustment within 90 cm range allows to adjust the height to the performed exercise. Handles of the dip bars are regulated as well and can be put in wide or narrow position. Plastic grommets ensure fluid motion of bars along the profile with no risk of scratching the surface. Disassembly of dip is very fast.
