This bar has a lot of the nutrients that are needed and have a long shelf life but there are 2 downsides first the texture of this bar is like eating mostly dried up playdough the second thing is that the flavor is similar like slightly flavored playdough.

This bar tastes like something out of a artisan bakery. Reading the ingredients list I was so happy to find this type of bar - no added sugar, no fillers, no gross protein powders. High quality food. Thank you SANS for making a bar I can feel good a bout eating AND tastes amazing.

These are great meal replacement bars, packed with enough calories to use for breakfast or lunch, will always buy these when backpacking for a few days or more.

Dieticians and Nutritionists were recommending SANS because they do not use fake sugar or additives only real food. We gave them a try and they are delicious! You can taste the real food! Also gluten, dairy and soy free. The Peanut Butter Cacao is amazing! The customer service was outstanding!

First, these are both yummy and about as filling as you could expect from a bar. (Well, I don't really love the PB&J bar. But all the rest are great.) Second, one of my packages arrived soiled. The company not only made it right; it made it better. I am well pleased with my experience.

These bars not only taste great but also fill you up until your next meal.I take one bar to work and eat it for lunch. It keeps me full until I get home.Excellent value for a meal replacement. I’ve ordered twice and plan to do so for a very long time.

I'm an avid outdoorsperson from everything from fly fishing to skiing, and these are absolutely the best bars I've ever came across. Firstly, they taste great. Other bars like Cliff bars are way too sweet for me. They have a great consistency that doesn't freeze into a rock when skiing. They have very few ingredients - the people at Sans really nailed this one. Their different flavors are all outstanding as well. My favorite is the pistacio, but I honestly like them all very much. I buy 24 at a time and keep them in my fridge and use them on excursions - I've kept them for a couple months in the fridge and they taste just the same. Highly recommended.

These bars are very filling. Flavor is ok but not wonderful. They are over priced but the company does good things with their profit so I like that.
