Treasure Island (Wordsworth Collector's Editions)

Very cool cover came in great condition

I've always enjoyed reading Treasure Island and wanted my 11year old grandson to have the experience. This book is well-bound with good quality paper and print. The illustrations are also well done. I hope the book gets read over and over as it looks like it will hold up well to being handled often.

I wanted this book for my son. I bought 3 different books, all were a big disappointment! Until I got this! My gosh, this is a beautiful book, good quality, hard cover, with illustrations. I am so happy I bought it. I was so close to give up after all those bad versions of this classical story! ( 5.5 in Wide, 7.5 in Long)

I love this book. It's one of my favorites. The cover is hand painted beautifully and totally worth the price.

Le livre est conforme aux photos postées bien que le haut de la tranche était un peu décolorée, comme usée. Hormis cela, le livre est très beau et a été livré dans les temps.

My favourite story. I'm no generally a 'collector' type but this is my favourite book! Beautiful illustrations too to really 'bring the tale to life' like I remember it in my childhood! It would make a great present for any child maybe of primary school age. My niece isn't quite there yet but I'll get her a copy down the road! There was one small print error towards the end in my copy (a line or two of text was repeated). But this is of no importance at all really. I only mentioned it for 'completeness'. Shiver me timbers mateys, yo ho ho and a bottle of rum! :-)
