Robust mtb pedals at a good price
These pedals seem pretty good for the price. I bought a £3k mountain bike and I wanted pedals that were functional and complimented the design of my full suspension mtb. They are sturdy, very grippy and rotate smoothly. I wouldn't recommend for junior riders as they can gash your shins if you're riding like a pleb. 5 stars.

Great design
Lightweight and streamline design.Excellent gripping even on smoother surfaces shoes. I thought the grip may hurt the sole of my feet when I stand on the pedals but was not the case.Love the 2 tone colour combination and matches nicely with my black frames folding bike. The only criticism is that you will need the right size Alan key to put them on as using a bike spanner is not an option and a grip tool may damage the finish is not gripped properly.Overall a good buy for the price.

Not flat and not for kids
I bought these for my 12 years old son with size 3 feet. He was very excited about upgrading from plastic pedals. He instantly complained they felt weird, that his feet did not lie flat as he spindle felt raised so this was what you felt on your feet.So he persevered for a few months but every single ride (no exaggeration) would result in at least one bleeding shin. He would slip off these (even wearing Vans) and the resulting impact of the pedal would cause nasty cuts. Not being able to bear this any longer we removed them. We couldn't justify returning them as they'd had three months' use so I put them on my adult cyclo-cross bike that still had the plastic pedals it came with. Sure enough you really notice the raised spindle and your feet (adult 7 in my case) really don't lie flat.So I'll keep these and would consider them a cheap upgrade over the free pedals most bikes come with, but they are not a patch on my £35 Shimano ones on my mountain bike, but then they are half that price.*** update ***I've upgraded my rating from three to four. Perhaps I was a little harsh.I stand by my assertion that these are not for kids, but having given my son my Shimano pedals I put these on my mountain bike and we did some 'proper' riding, mainly downhill, in the Alps over the summer. While you do feel the spindle these actually performed very well, providing lots of grip.So are they great pedals? No. Are they good a good value upgrade for £19? Certainly. I'm thinking about another pair so will have the same on mountain bike and XC bike and a bit disappointed to se they're now over £22.

Massivly recommend
These pedals are absolutely amazing, so easy to fit and they are made to a very high standard considering how cheap they are. Once fitted on the bike they are visually amazing and have made my bike look miles better

top notch kit
I bought these to replace the stock rubbish on my partner's mountain bike (Btwinn Rockrider 540) they went on easily and provide fantastic grip coupled with a sturdy sole which really helps to lay down the power and she says the slipping problems have disappearedgreat price great buy

Easy to instal and worth every penny.
Good product. Very well made. Easy to instal, don’t do as others have done there is an Allen key on the inside of the thread that is used to tighten the pedals to the bike. Took less than 5 mins. Good under foot. Will try them out properly this weekend.

Do not bother waste of money
Just like other reviews on here the pedal sheered off almost causing an accident.I am male around 14 stone and commute regularly to work on my mtb.I set off from a standing start from traffic lights and felt the pedal move outwards, causing me to loose my footing.I had to brake suddenly and stop to prevent me becoming unstable and falling from my bike with busy traffic. These look good on the bike but are poor builds quality internally in my opinion. I would definitely avoid these, especially if you have an adult sized bike.
