Does ddr matter? And can this be used play to modern warfare?

Modern Warfare's minimum requirement hardware is a GTX 1650, so it should run, but you may not be able to run at high quality with acceptable frame rates. Activision recommends a 1660 or above. I want to run atleast two monitors. i see one hdmi and one display port, and i don't recognize the other port. should i look for a more hdmi ports?

The other is a DVI-D port (its an old monitor standard). You can get DVI-D to HDMI adapter cables or display port to HDMI adapter cables if all you have is two HDMI only monitors. This card will drive 3 monitors.

Does this need power from the power supply, or is it powered just by the motherboards pcie slot?

This one needs a 6pin PCIe from the power supply. The 75w from the expansion slot is not enough.

What power is recommend for this graphic card?

This gtx has a six-pin connector for supplemental power. According to EVGA webpage, this gtx draws 100 watts. EVGA recommends 300 watt or greater PSU with one six-pin connector.
