Lotion for Beards by Beardsley and Company Beard, Care Products. Softens and Soothes, 4 oz

I have tried many, many beard care products in search of something that will help with itching, moisturize my skin, and soften beard hairs. Prior to trying this product, I used Cremo products and thought they were the best I would do. Wrong. THIS is the best. It relieves itching, combats dry skin under my beard, and softens beard hairs--even though it is supposedly better for the skin underneath rather than the beard hairs, according to reviews I have read. (I have a short beard; maybe if I had a longer bushy beard I might want to use beard oil or a product containing beeswax.). Some people have complained about the smell. I like it and find that it fades quickly anyway. One of the best things about this lotion is that it is light. After I apply it (easily, while enjoying the fragrance and the soothing sensation), I forget that I have it on. This is in contrast to virtually every other beard product I have tried, where after a short period of feeling that my skin has been soothed, I feel like I have gunk on my face. Finally, I find this product to be very reasonably priced. I just wish I had found it sooner.

I bought this moisturizer after reading some reviews online. The reviews missed to mention this moisturizer has a "unusual" scent, it's not bad, but a little funky. Smells like a salad dressing or something. Other than that, it leaves your beard really soft. Fortunately the smell fades really fast.

This doesn't do as much for the beard itself as the Beardsley oil, but it's really helped sooth my skin when I get the occasional itching/burning. I've taken to using a small amount of the lotion and really focusing on applying it to my skin, then following up with oil on the beard itself. It's been a great combo that has mostly kept me from turning to balms.

It smells AMAZING and makes your facial hair some much softer and more manageable. Just fantastic stuff. I cannot recommended it enough.

I've been using this product for close to two years now and I love it. It is a thinner lotion so it easily soaks into the skin under your beard to hydrate your skin and prevents beard dandruff. I keep a one inch beard generally so don't have any feedback as far as it's styling potential. I love the scent to as it reminds me of the best scents from middle Eastern spices from my times in the middle East, but it's not over powering or anything. Does not leave white or greasy residue either. Love it!

This product is very easy to use/apply.and it does soften the facial hair.this is the only product I’ve tried ever so can’t put it against anything else.my main gripe is I stopped using after a week because the dent is very strong and I can’t deal with it…I don’t do cologne or any other foofy bs,so this is a deal breaker.maybe you won’t mind then it’ll be a great choice for u
