You get what you pay for
I purchased these headphones recently and was disappointed before I even got to use them. I was switching out the earbuds for a different size and the volume button cracked off. I couldn't believe it! I emailed the company and thankfully got a quick response. After sending them a photo I was sent a new pair within the week. Now the customer service was excellent, I would give that five stars. The headphones themselves are ok. I feel I have to handle the new pair as if they were made of glass for fear of them breaking on me again. The sound quality is average. Setting up the Bluetooth was easy with my android phone. The functions are pretty basic. Although the user manual is so tiny I needed to squint to read it. They do stay put in my ears as I'm working out. Overall these headphones are ok. I didn't want to spend too much on wireless headphones that I was only going to use for working out. At least you have a lifetime warranty as it says on the box I guess.
