10-12 is usually a medium. 14/16 is a large and 18/20 is extra large. I always go bigger with pajamas. 🙂

Q: Are these bottoms fleece ( like a thin blanket) or flannel ( like a shirt) thank you

They are like the super soft fluffy thin fleece blankets. But maybe around the same weight as a flannel shirt, not thick and furry-feeling. After several washes they get more like a soft, flexible flannel shirt, not stiff like those lumberjack shirts.

Exactly my question. Too bad. I wish parents knew how toxic flame retardant is to kids. Stop buying pj's with it!!!! Trust me.
