Label says: salt, save, black pepper, red pepper, coriander, and dextrose. Msg is not listed on the label

It's a single, and large enough for an neophyte such as me. I'd need a factory to use a 3 pack

Does it ever get too old to use

We placed the unopen bottles in the freezer.

how much will it make

I am not 100% sure on that. But I know it will make a huge batch. I have only been making a 1lb. at a time, and have made several batches, and you can hardly tell that any seasoning is gone. Wish I had more details for you. But hope this helps.

Home made breakfast sausage

I make a breakfast sausage with hamburger & ground turkey half & half low fat . As good or better as any sausage I have ever bought. I add crushed red pepper with 1 tbsp. Morton sausage spice per pound of meat. Place in Refrigerator for 12Hr. And then make into patties and freeze .
