Don't buy olight will not stand behind the product !!!
This product isn't worth the money light isn't bright and has issues already just like almost every other olight I have turns out they give a 5 year warranty because they make it so hard to get anything warrantied no one wants to waste the time to mess with it ! Long story short olight isnt what you want to buy poorly made and they don't want to honor the warranty bought 15 products from them in the last 6 months none of them work correctly none and they refuse to help me with any of them !

Not what I hoped for...
First let me say the quality of the construction and brightness of the light are very good. But there are a couple of features that are less than perfect. The on/off button is very small and low into the body of the flashlight. This makes it difficult to operate ... and very hard to find in complete darkness. You really have to think about where the switch is located to operate it at night. Also, since the button is so small it makes it difficult to "step" through the multiple brightness functions of the light. The flashlight comes with a double ended clip that makes it easy to attach to a cap or hat. It seems convenient at first, but the flashlight is too heavy to be used in that way. It may clip on easily but the weight makes keeping your hat on a real problem. Finally, the on/off button on the rear is unneeded and serves no useful function that I've discovered.I chose not to return it because it does put out a lot of light as advertised. But if you want a flashlight the you'll be using regularly I'd suggest you look to a different model.

Another home run from Olight
I’ve carried Olight’s almost exclusively for two years, and readily use a flashlight at least twenty times a day. I mainly use them at work but have found keeping a larger light as a dedicated edc to come in handy time after time. This M2R Pro has literally everything I desire (and then some) in a light that I can count on day in and day out. The lumen output is insane, with the same friendly user interface that most of us already know and love. The massive 21700 battery appears to have insane burn time, and the extra “bulk” for the larger battery is a trade off I am happy to make (yes, it is definitely a larger light. If you are used to carrying a micro stream and want to keep the light to that small of a profile this might not be the light for you). I carry my flashlight in the pocket, and the reversible clip on this is great. Good deep carry, and the light doesn’t feel too large or heavy whilst in pocket. I was at first concerned the crown would provide ample opportunity to eat up the pocket on my jeans, but so far it appears to be kinder to them than my Benchmade. The biggest thing that led me to this light in comparison with my usual S2 baton carry was the tail switch. I have become accustomed to the side switch, but on occasion a tail switch would have been nice to have and man does this one deliver. I left it on the factory setting of a soft push to medium and hard to turbo and find that ideal. I can manipulate that into either momentary or just straight on and it gives me tons of options. Love it. Lastly, I will definitely be picking up another to mount on an AR build in the near future. The ability to make this a weapons mount just adds extra icing for me. All in all - this thing is just amazing - and the FDE is killer too.

Solid build quality, good lumen output
This is my first "real" flashlight purchase, and the M2R pro warrior delivers. As an EDC flashlight, it is perfect. The build quality is rock solid, you can easily drop it on concrete (although I don't advise testing this). The included clip makes it trivial to quickly slide on or off your pants/shorts.The beam is ridiculously bright, especially when you consider the size of the flashlight. Don't get me wrong, there are flashlights that get much more powerful. But I think olight married the form factor with the lumen output pretty nicely. As long as you're not turbo-ing constantly, the battery life is more than acceptable. On a full charge, it can last a weekend of camping easily.I wish the charging was UBC-C instead of a proprietary charger, but oh well. The proprietary charger is magnetic, and appears to also be built to last. The strobe mode is ridiculously effective. It's disorienting and blinding, especially if you are 50 meters or closer.I wouldn't recommend giving this to a kid, or an adult that acts like a kid. If you live in the suburbs and use the turbo mode willy-nilly, you will piss off your neighbors. That being said, turbo mode is a cool party trick, and I shine it at the top of trees or into the sky to demonstrate it to others.Overall, very satisfied with this flashlight. The one problem with buying this flashlight is now I keep researching bigger and better lights, lmao.

Awesome olight model!
Your browser does not support HTML5 video. A little pricey but worth the money if you “depend” on your gear. Keep in mind, this is a thick/heavy model and might not be well suited for EDC, but I love mine and carry it all the time, I may get a smaller model as this does add a lot of weight/bulk to my pockets. Still; I love this thing!

One pet peeve
This is a great flashlight. Full stop. It replaced my other Olight which was also a great flashlight. The only reason I didn't give it five stars is that I don't like the on button on the shaft. In the dark, it's not easy to find just feeling around. It could be larger and more pronounced so that you can find it [by touch] without rotating the flashlight until you land on the button. Otherwise, buy it. It's powerful, hefty, and easy to recharge.
