Superb sensory balls
I bought these balls as I had seen somebody else with them and thought they were great. Bright colours, variety of shapes and sensory surfaces, suitable for the young and growing toddler.

each of these balls will contribute in some way to the good development of the baby.
As children grow up, they see our world as an ocean full of mysteries that need to be solved, maybe it's in their DNA something that motivates them and leads them to explore, maybe it's something they inherited from their ancestors, from parents and grandparents, to the first humans on earth.Whether it's that, or the fact that exploring seems to bring some kind of rewards, so we explore more in search of more rewards.Whatever the reason most humans love to explore, especially as they grow. These sensory objects are very good for helping and encouraging babies to explore further around them, thus developing the brain and the various sensory that are part of the human being. One of the ways children explore is by putting things in their mouths. They will be able to put this Edushape Baby Sensory Balls in their mouth whenever they want because it is perfectly designed to survive the babies and at the same time does not cause any problems for babies. This set contains several balls and each of them with its shape and texture, each of these balls will contribute in some way to the good development of the baby.I'm certainly happy about this, especially because my baby already has the favourite among the balls, in fact now that I think about it only the favourite is present the rest is lost around the house, maybe one day we can find the rest again, I hope that doesn't happen too late.

Hours of fun with a beneficial side use…
My 9-month baby daughter seems to like these very much! Not only do these sensory balls have vibrant colours and very inspired shapes (and textures), but they have been utilised in our search to make her walk. But, let’s take things one at a time!Firstly, these balls are of a correct size; they are not overly big or overly small; they are of a size that 6-month old babies would be able to grip onto I believe!Secondly, they come in vibrant colours and this is always a plus, as they help us reinforce the learning of colours!Thirdly, they are good for teetering. I’d say the best one is the red ball; the others less so!Finally, they have a number of additional uses! For example, I mentioned the colour aspect. However, one that we’ve been using more and more these past few days is the fact that we can let them roll and then we can ask our daughter to collect them; this urges her to walk (aided of course for the time being!) on her own two feet in the safety of a supervising adult!Overall, good quality balls that can keep baby busy and happy!

oft, appealing set for young babies ...
Since your baby has already begun to develop their sense of touch as early as 16 WEEKS gestation, and this region of the brain is the most significant in terms of all senses early in life (and in later life - think about it, you see blind and deaf elders, but very few who can no longer feel) it makes sense to offer toys with varying textures and complex structure. While these little toys may not be very durable, they sure serve their purpose with infants!* Arrived in a bag, thankfully with no awful plastic stench!* Very nice coloration. Not too blah, not too fluorescent.* Size is perfect for gripping, and structural integrity is such that a smaller hand can collapse the ball (like the bigger purple one) enough to grab hold of it.* Since they are lead-free and BPA-free, they are safe for little gummers.* Light weight and easy to toss around to discover cause and effect. Try putting a ball in baby’s hand while you hold them and let it drop into/on to something that makes noise...the game never ends!* Great for working on object permanence as well as color naming and recognition. We loved playing “Where’s the (color name) ball?” by hiding the balls under a box or blanket and squealing when little mister found the right one. 😊Research proves that the more varied your child’s tactile experiences are, the more open they are to instruction (higher academic performance), their instances of anxiety dramatically reduce (fewer tantrums!), and their ability to maintain and build on the vast network of synapses they were given at birth is improved. So, in short, help your baby’s somatosensory system be all it can be by offering not just your affectionate touch, but a serious of fascinating new objects on a regular basis - like these fun, simple toys!

Bright, shaped, easy to hold these are ideal for developing any babies or childs senses
As everything initially goes into the mouth to get the most feedback these offer a range to examine. As baby gets older and develops their grip and tactile awareness these offer a variety of shapes and textures for exploration. The colours are vibrantly attractive with the textures and size just right for being held initially with two hands and then with one. They clean easily and have a quality feel about them. They make a lovely gift for any new baby, first birthday or Christmas - in my case for a friend's new baby's first Christmas.I like these because not only will it be a toy that is something especially for the youngest baby but also I don’t think it will be a two minute wonder. As she develops it will help my friend’s baby with exploration, rolling, putting them ‘in and out’ of containers, hide and find, throw and catch and many other ‘discovery experiences’.Whilst aimed at babies and toddlers these would also work well with other, possibly older, youngsters who need help with developing their sensory awareness, tactile skills and language used with shape, colour and texture. Highly recommended
