Sure if it’s true but this one seems to be a little more heavy duty. I like it and it allows me to separate my different concoctions easily

The handle doesn't slip over the top of a carboy without undoing the screw and flexing the ring out around the neck. Not a big problem if you are buying one for each of your carboys, but an inconvenience if you want to use one handle on several. Don't mind the dirty water.

Pretty thin. Hope it doesn’t bend when the carboy is full. Fit is tight on carboy neck so bottle can’t spin while holding handle. Not ergonomic when rinsing.

Pretty Simple. But It was really tough going to fit it over the neck of my water bottle. Much better than trying to man handle the filled container. Glenn

I have 3 carboys (1 x 6 gal primary fermenter and 2 x 5 gal secondary fermenters). Two of the handles are the correct size, but the 3rd is oversized. I plan to make a rubber ring for the difference in width, but am ging a 3 star because I shouldnt have had to...

Does what a handle is expected of. Fits carboy ok. I purchases 4 of these and they fit all my assorted 5 and 6 gallon glass carboys.

The first one I ordered was as pictured and performed perfect.The second one was a light blue color, did not fit the carboy, and had a bolt with only one wing nut.It is of good construction so I'm keeping it. I figure I can find a use for it eventually.

I put my hand in this and was able to lift a bottle. Winning.
