looks quality but too small for my tub mine is four or five inch

I purchased two replacement jets for my marquis spa. Based on the description the jets purchased appeared to be the correct size however upon receiving and opening one of the jets I determined that the stem that connects into the tub was a difference circumference. I requested a refund for both and promptly returned. Upon receipt by the vendor I realized that I had been charged a $15 restocking fee for each returned jet and when I questioned the charge the vendor stated that the returned jets were scratched and provided pictures of jets with noted scratches. I find it interesting that the one jet that was inserted into my hottub for about a minute and the other one that was never was taken out of the plastic became scratched between the time I boxed the jets for shipping to the time they were received back to the vendor.Especially the one that was never even opened. I have purchased hundreds of products from Amazon and have never had a restocking fee charged. Even more concerning is the fact that the justification provided just wasn't true. Ethics and integrity results in long lasting relationships. I am happy to say that Amazon did refund my money even though the vendor did not.
