Maglite 3-Cell D Flashlight and 2-Cell AA Mini Flashlight Combo Pack

Delivery was exceptionally fast. As expected, the flashlights are well built. I've had lots of mini mags in the past, and handled a 3 D cell, but this is my first 3 D cell, and I am very happy with this product. I also ordered the D cell batteries with the kit, and they came in the same package. It is nice to see an American made product that is of this quality. So there is no confusion, this set does NOT come with led lights, but is still super bright. I plan to purchase led conversion/upgrade, and will update this review once I make a comparison. Caution... don't look directly at light, you will have spots in your eyes, and temporary blinded.

I purchased a couple of these sets to have on hand for the occasional power outage due to our sometimes-wild northwest winter storms. I love having the small flashlight to carry in my purse, and the larger one for my nightstand drawer at home.One note: the "Product Specifications" indicates that these have LED bulbs. THAT IS INCORRECT. These are standard incandescent bulbs, and you get an extra one stored in the cap of each flashlight. Nice touch, that.The quality is evident even before you open the package. These are HEFTY flashlights, nice and solid. Should last for decades. I haven't tested the water resistance capability, but I trust it will work if I'm forced out in the rain with the flashlight.All in all, a good buy.

These are the flashlights that my husband carried when he was in law enforcement. They're sturdy and certainly reliable. Best of all they take batteries other than AA. You just try to find a flashlight these days that don't take 6-12 AA or AAA batteries. It's nuts. Stick with the tried and true - Maglite.

Honestly I bought this pack for the big flashlight. The big one is rock solid and works great. The little one is ok. Sometimes the little light cuts out and you have to bang it to get it to come back on. Worth the money. Could improve the smaller light.

Great light to have around the house. I live in the woods and it us strong enough to investigate the things that go bump in the night without leaving the porch. Also great for when the power goes out. You can never go wrong with a Maglite.

With so many choices in the "Flashlight Market", sometimes it seems a daunting task to choose one. My Dad gave me my first 3 Cell Maglite 20 years ago... 3 bulbs and a few sets of batteries later it still works like a charm. I have these things everywhere. One in the Bedroom, One in the Living Room and then the Mini Flashlights in other rooms. It is so nice to have one in every room in case of a power outage... and have one that you know will work at the moment you need it.Dependable... Quality... A company that stands behind it's products. Choose Maglite.

Finally, a flashlight I can rely on! I've had so many cheap ones that often quit working before the batteries run out so I decided to invest in a name I know. I had a small, red one for years and it was great. I like that you get 2 sizes in one order. Also I will be using the large one for outdoor treks at night when I want not only a powerful flashlight but also a bit of protection from nighttime "varmits". Also it was a very good price!

Good deal for thee pair. Maglite brand never upsets. These are Non-LED but they produce a ton of light. I purchased the Maglite wall mount for the D-Cell and has worked great and the Mini is in a Bathroom draw just in case the power goes out while someone is in their.
