Maglite Mini AA Flashlight Accessory Pack

I got this for a 320 Lumen maglite. It makes it useable in the dark without blinding myself, or my dogs, or neighbors, or campers, or passing aircraft. The blue and green lenses are really useful. Animal rescue groups use green as animals are not alarmed by the light they don’t see. Lights up an area well enough in low light. Pop the cover off if you need the full light. Rubber cap keep the light from rolling, which all round metal lights will do.Really well made, really good value, and the best lanyard made. Don’t know why they keep making the pocket clip. Nobody uses that. Maybe it keeps on the little holder thing. I don’t use that either except for one that sits in a glove compartmentBest value of anything made by Maglite.

Works great for me. I use the lanyard and red filter setting up equipment for night operations.

I bought this for a Maglite mini and a Maglite XL50. Pro's1.The lens holder is octagon shaped so it cannot roll.2.The red lens works great with the Mini (led) Mag and the XL50 Mag, lights an area up well enough to walk through just about any area without giving off a lot of light for others to see and also does not mess with your night vision.3.The blue lens works well it does not show as much light as the clear lens but is still very bright more or less just making the beam a darker blue.4.The clear lens makes a great protector lens for the main lens.5.Pocket clip is solid and strong serves its purpose.6.The wrist lanyard holds strong and good for if your high up or over water or any situation you cannot afford to drop your flashlight. Cons1.The red lens does not fit as good as the other two lens's if it is not placed just right you will get some white light seeping through the side, keep in mind it will work with no white light seeping through it just takes a little tampering.2.I put the lens holder on the Mini Maglite first then I took it off and placed it on the Maglite XL50 and it did not fit very well was very lose and slippery. The Mini Maglite is just a little thicker than the XL50. Luckily I purchased two of these so I opened the Maglite lens kit and it fit just right on the XL50.3.Lens's are small and can be lost very easily. OverallGreat Maglite Kit I have one for the D Maglite also, I would suggest getting it for any of the Maglites. I give it 4 out of 5 although i might be just nitpicking if I lowered my standards just a little (very little) bit it would have been 5 out of 5, I can see where people would give it a 5 out of 5 my main problem was the red lens not fitting snug other than that I have no real problem with it.

For years I've had trouble sleeping, and the fact that I frequently wake in the middle of the night for a trip to the bathroom doesn't help. White light and blue light are known to interfere with sleep, so using a white-light flashlight to find my way down the hall and back caused--guess what--wakefulness. OK, so I needed a flashlight with a red lens, but good luck with that one. Maglite Mini Accessory Pack to the rescue! This is a great little pack, and comes standard with one red, one blue, and one clear lens. I can't decide if the red lens is the best part, or the No-Roll cap. Press the lens into the No-Roll cap, slip it onto the head of the flashlight, and voila! A Mini AA Maglite that doesn't roll off the nightstand, and lights up red with the new lens. The price was so right for an easy solution to two troublesome issues. Gotta love it!

The clip and the anti-roll "tactical" lens cover make this a great value for Mini-Mag lovers. I split this between two MiniMag lights: the clip on a "stnd". 2 cell incandescent (with a ABN Mini Maglite Flashlight Replacement Conversion Kit Upgrade Bulb, LED AA 1-2 Cell 120 LM of Bright White Light) which turns it into a 'big boy' light. And the anti-roll cap on a Maglite Mini PRO LED 2-Cell AA Flashlight with Holster Black with an impressive 272 Lumens. Both are wrapped with Super Glue E-z Fuse Pro Red Tape 2.5ft X 1in Roll (4 Pack) # 1541012-4pk for enhanced "grip-ability" (it only sticks to itself... highly recommend). Since everyone I know has lost a MiniMag in one of those "ka-ka" open top holsters that come w/ a MiniMag, the clip is worth the price of purchase by itself. Oh... and both have push button tailcap switches.... and the lanyard... I chucked it.

I got a hold of two of these during a special sale that included this kit free for every 2 AA Maglite flashlight you bought. But it's still a great buy at $5.00.What I like most about these kits are the rubber octagon lens hood, and the lanyard. The lanyard is long enough to be useful, and the rubber hood keeps the flashlight from rolling around when you need to set it somewhere and need the light not to move. I've had a lot of trouble with this in the past, and though it might seem a little pricey for those two items, I wouldn't own a 2 AA Mag without at least the rubber lens protector/hood, and having an extra lens is nice since they do get scratched up pretty easily. So since they really do something I would recommend that you pick one or two up, particularly since they have free shipping with a total purchase of $25.00 or more.Last year I bought a few mini-mags and the same number of these as stocking stuffer at Christmas, and everyone seemed to love em.Anyway I enjoy the two we have, and as I said will not own a mini-mag again without one of these kits.

Hauptsächlich für die Gummi-Wegrollsicherung gekauft. Unbedingt haben sollen. Mittlerweile teurer geworden. Die farbigen Scheiben kann man mit der Wegrollsicherung vor die eingebaute klarsichtige Scheibe montieren. Rot für Tarnung in grüner Umgebung, blau für Blutspuren bei der Jagd. Ich brauche die Vorsatzschreiben nicht. Die Wegrollsicherung ist das Geld wert. Ich empfehle auch den Endkappenschalter, aber nur von Litexpress (auch hier bei amazon).

Needed the red for stargazing/astronomy. Easy to assemble, just popped on the lens and the rubber cap. Wish it came with a little carry bag but I just tossed everything in my telescope accessory bag.
