I thought id never be able to like sardines
Thankfully I bought this brand when I also bought another, to try both of them out. I tried another brand first and thought I wouldnโt be able to eat sardines. It had the spine, poop, and other gut stuff left in. But this one I was able to eat. It tasted better, smelled better, and was cleaner. I didnโt realize that all canned sardines werenโt prepared the same way when cleaning them since Iโm new to eating them. I donโt know if these are fully gutted. I didnโt know to look for that when buying them and I donโt have the box anymore. But they are definitely cleaner than a different brand that left the poop and other gut material in. Iโd buy these again.

Good Quality, firmness
Their quite good. We use them for heart and blood vessel health and scramble them in our eggs with some veggies and cheese. Also plan to make patties.
