JVCC FELT-08 Polyester Felt Tape is a 3mm thick synthetic needle punched felt made from polyester fibers. One side is felt, and the other side has adhesive. Commonly used for joining and temporarily repairing fabric, curtains and cloth drapes in backdrops. Felt material is also used for filtration applications, gaskets, wipers, and padding in a wide variety of industries. JVCC FELT-08 hides seams being photographed, and is used for applying a clean, dark edge to platforms, flats and portals. Can also be used to create matte borders or edges and to line display and jewelry cases. Application Instructions On many of the adhesive felt products the rolls will have an approximately 2 inch to 4 inch leader of double-sided film tape applied to the release liner before the felt material starts. We recommend you either cut a small piece of felt off at the beginning of the roll with a pair of scissors to start, or peel the double-sided film tape off of the release liner to use as a way to begin applying the felt (try not to pull the double-sided film tape off of the felt backing though). Greenhouse Plastic Lasts Much Longer
I applied the one-inch felt to the top of all of the arches of my 50-foot long greenhouse 5.5 years ago and there is no sign of cracking or wear in the 4-mil sheet plastic that covers my greenhouse. I usually have to replace the plastic every 4 years like clockwork. It's been 5.5 years and no sign of deterioration so far. It seems that this felt might double the life expectancy of my greenhouse plastic sheeting. I'm ecstatic!

This is a good product. Easy to remove the backing tape from and seems to stick good to the surface. There was not a lot of felt dust coming off it. I used it on the back of a wood frame that has to slide against another finished wood surface to prevent scratching. I'm sure it will have many other applications. I would recommend it.

Good Product
We used this felt for lining the structure of our greenhouse. The adhesive appears to be strong, the felt is dense but only time will tell the durability. I will use this product on the next greenhouse.

Works great!
Works great to keep sharp edges from cutting through my plastic sheeting over my late season crops in my raised beds. I read to use this stuff to cover the PVC edges with because the plastic has some sort of chemical which eats away at the plastic sheeting, so I have used it there too.Easy to cut and peel. Sticks well.

Stuck great to pvc hoops for hoop house
Seemed to work easy putting on and adhesive holds well. Glad that use a product like this that can extend the life/warranty of plastic using on a pvc hoop house

Wonderful self stick tape.
I think this is the best stuff ever made. I put it on the piping for my hoop house to protect the plastic from rubbing and wearing because without it the wear would void the 4 year waranty on the plastic. Thank you Amazon.

Seemed to be pretty good quality... Sticky side seems to stick pretty darn good. I would recommend it.

Adhesive felt strip
The felt strip worked great! I don't recall what it is designed for but I used it around a couple of doors to insulate in the winter. I could have used a much smaller roll and have a BUNCH left over. But it works great!
