This product is great for workouts. The sound is good, the wire is not as tough as described (I'd stay it's more sturdy if anything), and the angled plug is a great feature. It comes with a clip too, which is good since the cord is a tad bit longer than normal.However this product was not compatible with my iPod Nano Generation 5. When the ear buds were plugged into the iPod: 1) you could only change the volume, the buttons to play/pause and hit next would not work; 2) the songs would randomly shuffle; 3) the iPod would speak the names of the playlists or song titles back to me continuously; 4) and the iPod would randomly turn off. I knew it was these ear buds because my other headphones worked fine, and when there were no headphones plugged it the iPod played fine.On a Positive note, this company has wonderful customer service. They provided a quick response to my issue and quickly refunded me cost of the item. THIS is how your keep your customers happy and coming back to buy your products.

I really wanted to like these. The reviews were pretty decent and I was expecting a pretty good product. I'll break this into categories so you can get a better idea of the product.Sound: For the price I was not expecting anything special but I was actually surprised that the sound was pretty good. Not amazing but better than the store bought cheap ones.Quality: The cord quality is pretty good. The ear bud part is okay. The little rubber ear bud covering comes off pretty easily. They include extras but I didn't like that they came off on my ear sometimes when I took the headphones off.Fit: I don't know if I just have small ears but the ear piece that fits around your ear did not fir comfortably. They were loose and would move around a lot when I worked out.Overall I would not recommend these as the fit is not really adjustable. They could be great for someone who fits into these well but for me I'd rather not waste my money on something that might not fit right.

I had a pair of these once and they were definitely a good buy for the price even though they lasted only a few months before the left earpiece stopped working. I expect a $15 pair of headphones to have a short life but this time they lasted 10 days. Very disappointed. The left earpiece still works but it cuts in and out and the right side stopped working altogether. I want to say this pair was defective but I'm wondering if maybe they skimp on QC to keep the price low. I wont be buying this item again.

I loved these so much when I first bough them that I got a second pair for the gym (the first for walking to work). In very little time, they have both become completely unusable---the connecting cable is so fragile that after weekly use walking to work and going to the gym (I had one pair for each), both now are so flakey at connection, that my music constantly starts and stops, and even more importantly, it drops a phone call on my iphone when this happens. I will be throwing them out as soon as my other brands arrive. Just bad, bad, bad, quality that isn't obvious from the outset.

You know I wonder for how long they will last but these are surprisingly good. the sound is excellent for such small headphones and they do stay in my ears. I live in a very hot and humid environment where you sweat just by walking, so imagine running. the black thing that wraps around the ear doesn't really wrap around mine, but they stay put due to their smart design going inside my ears. I also like the reinforced cord, hopefully it doesn't break within a few months of use. I do hear the outside noise from dangling cord when I run. I don't like it and this is something to get used to for me.

Looked nice and durable right out of packaging but after about 3 weeks of use while on my runs, a total bust. Something shorted inside wire and now volume goes to max immediately after simply plugging them in (my guess is call pick up button couldn't handle moisture). Also stiff rubberized wire cover at ear piece is poorly designed. With any activity other than standing in one spot, thickened rubber makes them not align well to ear so they drop out more often than not. Bottom-line, don't waste your money. Look elsewhere.

I really wasn't impressed with these headphones. I have small ears, but even after switching the ear buds to the smallest set they come with, the plastic piece that goes behind the ear is way too high and isn't adjustable. If the bud comes out of my ear the plastic catch piece doesn't catch on my ear and they just fall off. I'd almost recommend regular headphones over these because they just don't fit in the ear very well. Also there isn't a microphone on these, only volume control.

After reading a lot of reviews for this product that were poor I saw that the business responded with an apology and a way to return under warranty which ultimately persuaded me to buy these, unfortunately an apology doesn't make up for a poorly designed product. I've had them two days and am highly frustrated. I tried them with my iMac at home and the sound was fine but when I plugged it into my iPhone it continually paused and un-paused, initiated Siri, skipped songs, paused again and so on. I would say it paused my songs around 150 times within 20 minutes - so annoying I took them off and finished my run without them. I will not use them for running or any other activity. I plugged in my old headphones to make sure it wasn't an issue with my iPhone and it worked just fine. There is something wrong with these headphones and the capabilities of using with an iPhone.
