Great
Better than expected for such a low price. Bearing steel cutter and hardened rollers. American company long established, not fly by night who knows what.

Not the quality I expected.
I guess you get what you pay for. It wasn't that expensive. A ratchet type cutter would be a better investment.

low quality but good
works great not made out of the best material but does the job.

Way overpriced compared to competition!!!!!!!!!!
This is a cheap import tool at a very high price for what you are getting. I have sold thousands of these over the last 20 years. It was not too bad when the price was low. Now the price is just about the same as the much better quality cutters and totally not worth it. For some reason, General Tools felt the need to have crazy high price increases in the last few years and their products are much higher than the competition. Spend a few dollars more on a made in the USA cutter that will cut better and last much longer.

Worked great in a tight spot....
I used this to cut a section of 3/4" copper pipe in a tight space. Worked great. This little guy saved me a bunch of time.

knob is small and not very grippy.
Overall it just isn't a good tool even for occasional use for me. A tool is suppose to make things easier where this is just aggravating to try and turn the knob with enough force to cut a simple brass tube.
