Itโs exactly what it says it is.
I mean, Iโll write some stuff in here but thereโs not much to know. Itโs the cheek inserts for the Helmet they are designed to fit. If you got a question about that, maybe donโt ride a motorcycle.

Cheek pads that allow you to get that perfectly fitting helmet.
These are what they say they are - cheek pads for the Shoei GT-Air helmet. The GT-Air comes in lots of "sizes" from XS to XXL, but the secret is that there are only three sizes of the actual helmet shell, and the rest of the sizing is accomplished by using interior padding with varying degrees of thickness. For me, an XL helmet (which uses the largest of the three shell sizes) fit my skull perfectly (I have a "Shoei Head" and have worn their line of flip-front helmets for many years), but the cheek pads squeezed my cheeks and jaw just a bit too much. Here's where these pads come in to play. The XL version of the helmet comes with the 35mm cheek pads (which come on all sizes from S - XL). The XXL version of the helmet, though, comes with 31mm cheek pads. These are 4mm thinner per side, which would give a little extra room through the cheek and jaw. Thus, with these fitted I have a helmet that's perfect for my skull shape and size, and also comfortable and doesn't squeeze my face. The installation was pretty simple - the old pads pop out really easily by pulling on the tabs that Shoei built in to them (which is actually a nice feature should EMS ever have to get the helmet off of you without wanting to jostle your neck around a ton) and the new ones pop back on in the same place. I had to play around with it to get the tabs to all line up properly, but once they're in you wouldn't know they didn't come that way.Good on Shoei for offering these for sale for those of us who want a perfectly fitted helmet. They're well worth the money if you're a little thicker through the jaw and cheek.

lot of cash for bit of fabric and plastic
does not seem to fit my older Quest helmet in spite of interchangeability claims. Snap seem to be in a slightlydifferent position from original 35mm. Will see when gt-air arrives.

Made my helmet fit perfect
These pads work well. My helmet was a bit tight with the pads it came with, and these make it a much better fit. They are made by Shoei for this model, so of course they fit perfect and are easy to install. My only complaint is they are a bit pricey for what they are, but I guess you pay a premium price for a premium product. They make my helmet more comfortable, so in the end I guess it's worth it.

Excellent quality, easy to install
This pad set is easy to install and instantly changes the size of the GT-Air helmet. It is great that you can customize the size of the center (crown) and cheek pads separately. The sizes are all measured in millimeters of thickness. This is indicated on the product, on the bag, and on a sticker on each pad. So the lower the number, the thicker the pad and the looser the fit. The higher the number, the thicker the pad, and the tighter the fit. Check your manual for the tables of what fits which helmet shell. The pads are very high quality and washable too.

Does the trick!
I had a medium Shoei GT Air helmet and I thought I may have to go to a large, but dropping from the stock 35MM to the 31 did the trick. Much more comfy since my face is no longer being squeezed like someone popping a zit.

Simple
Delivered fairly fast...super easy to install; snapped on and done. comfy is moderate compares to the previous model helmets. The texture is a bit rough, great discomfort to my ears.

Putting the new ones in is pretty simple. Took 5 minutes
Helmet fits perfectly now. Old pads were 35 mm and pushing my cheeks so much that I would bite the inside of my cheek when I opened my mouth to talk. Putting the new ones in is pretty simple. Took 5 minutes
