Ring is too tight and never fit.

Works great! Used for a back sleeper. Doesn't make it go away completely, but makes a huge difference!! Totally worth trying.

It did not work for me......I knew it was to good to be true

Ordered ring as per size quide and it was too big. I adjusted it by overlapping the openning to make it fit and tried sleeping with it for a week. My wife notices absolutely no difference. Does not work. Was worth a shot though.
