Bought have dedicated rims for snow tires, they are perfectly fine.

Offset is different and hubcap almost falls off
The tire sits about 1/4" further into the car with this rim and the original hubcap pushes on and pulls off so easily that I'm afraid of losing it. It can turn back and forth when mounted, only stopped by the valve stem. With the original Toyota rim, the hubcap is hard to press in and remove. It also does not move at all.
