This vest is a little pricey but it is well worth the cost. I bought this vest for a two month tour of Italy and France and it performed perfectly. All the guides we read warned of pickpockets in various places. I carried our passports, credit cards and various other items in the vest and we never worried about them. The RFID feature prevented any electronic eavesdropping, and the top-of-the line zippers securely prevented any unwanted pilfering. France in November was rainy and cold and the vest was great for warding off at least a little water, and when worn under a rain jacket, kept me warm and dry. Lots of secure pockets, easy to access, stylish and comfortable. Well worth the price. I now wear it when shopping, hiking and just walking around the neighborhood. You don’t always get what you pay for, but you do with this vest. Great buy!

I purchased the vest as I was traveling and wanted a lightweight jacket that can hold all my stuff. (phone, passport, plane tickets, etc). I already have their rain jacket but that wasn't right for my current travel plans.This totally fit the bill. Right off the bat I liked it, but there was an issue with one of the inner pockets that was ripped. I contacted ScotteVest via their Facebook page (direct message) and Scott the CEO responded after hours on a weekend! They send me a new vest! Talk about both an amazing vest and even better customer service. This is how business should be run. And now they have a life long customer!But back to the vest. Its great. It easily fit everything I needed and was comfortable. Even though I had some full pockets I didn't feel over stuffed as the vest is very slim and the pockets are designed well to conceal the bulk. The special touch I liked are the main out lower pockets have a zipper and a magnets to keep the closed!

I love Scottivests and this is my 3rd (I accidentally stood too close to a bonfire and burned holes in the 1st, still wear the 2nd). Took this one with family to Spain and it performed perfectly. The hidden i side pockets are great for keeping important things same ftom pickpockets.I had my first problem ever - 2 days into the trip the left hand pocket zipper pull disappeared. I don’t remember any time it was snagged or difficult to use. Regardless the exchange process when I got home was super easy and I’m rocking the replacement.This is also one of the few high performance brands that make big sizes that are actually comfortable!

This is a well made vest with a zillion pockets. Each one is different in shape and type of closure. If you wear this every day, you'd learn to use them without thinking about it, but I haven't reached that point yet. I've actually lost important items inside this vest! LOL I wish they made one with fewer, simpler, pockets for people like me who can't devote half their brain power to remembering what you put in each pocket and what you need to do to get it out again.The fit was a little odd on me. i felt downward pressure where the collar sits at the top of the back or base of the neck. The size was a bit oversize, but that wasn't a problem.

Flying with my dog so needed places to hold dog docs, my own docs and cards, dog treats, my cell phone, airpods, spare change, etc. So much more accessible in a vest versus a pants pocket especially when sitting. And a nice looking vest. Didn’t really want a fishing vest look. Even impressed the ticketing agent who asked where I got it.

Love all the pockets to protect your passport and others items. This vest will protect you from pickpockets. I’ve been in over 40 countries and wish I had this vest years ago! I brought the xxl.

I read the multiple reviews about poor quality zippers and most of them seemed to be from a while ago, so I thought the more modern version of this product would have updates. I was wrong. Zippers are poor quality, they are hard to unzip and hard to zip. The front zipper separates while wearing so you can imagine the issues with that. With all of the channels to thread ear bud wires, some of the small items that you might put in the side pockets gets through and you can't get them out. The two cell phone pockets, I suspect, like the zippers haven't been updated since the iPhone 4. There is no way a modern iPhone 12, 13, 14, 15 will fit in those pockets, not the plus versions but the standard version. Weight distribution is good, as long as it's zipped. Wearing this vest loaded unzipped is uncomfortable on the shoulders and neck. I would imagine with a few things in the pockets, nothing heavy and not something in all 26 pockets would be fine, but then why have the pockets if you can't use them? Update the vest with modern well made zippers and update the cell phone pockets I might try this again, but buy it with less pockets.

The vest is expensive for a product like this and does not appear to be particularlywell made. I have not found all 26 pockets yet. However it will hold a good number of items without appearing too bulky

Can't wait for spring and my next trip

Boyfriend loves his vest! The more pockets the better 😃
