I bought this for my granddaughter. It is a unique gift. I have opened oysters for necklaces in Hawaii but I've never seen them in gift form like these. Really, really cute!

I really like this necklace! There was a guarantee that it’s an authentic pearl and it came with a pick object to easily open up the clam to get the pearl. Mine was purple! I’m not sure if all the pearl necklaces work this way, but I was worried that one day the lock would get old and would open so the pearl could come out but the necklace was made for that to never happen! So long as the necklace string is attached, the locket won’t open up. I really enjoyed the experience:)

My oyster had a beautiful and shiny white pearl in an oval shape. It was too big to fit in the heart setting! No problem since my daughter in law had a different pearl and setting and happily switched pearls with me. Great fun for the granddaughters too!

So much fun to open! I got a beautiful pink pearl. Very easy to open, would be a very good gift!
