Any regular Converse wearer already knows how these shoes fit. They don't provide good arch support and they are not the most comfortable show, but if you've worn them for years, you're probably used to this!! If you're new to these shoes, Converse recommends getting a half size smaller and that advice is dead on. In the last 10 years or so, I've probably owned more than 20 different pairs (both high and low tops) purchased from many different sources and they all fit as expected when I get a half size smaller than my regular fit. Also, these shoes can sometimes feel like you're walking barefoot on the ground with a little padding. They aren't the worst shoe I've ever worn, but if you're looking for comfort for running, hiking or anything other than just walking around, you would be better off looking elsewhere. I find that Converse are mostly suited for style and design and they do it well! Despite that seemingly negative outlook, I love these shoes and wear them just about every day!! :) By the way, I have gone on multi-mile hikes with these and I can at least report that despite the lack of comfort, I survived without any blisters or any other issues other than tired feet. I somewhat expected that due to the lower price from the seller I purchased from, that the quality would be different than that of which would come directly from Converse, but I was pleasantly surprised to find that they were exactly the same. You don't always find the regular color high tops on sale due to their popularity, but sometimes you can luck out.

Me son loves them, so that's all that matters. It's difficult to believe these shoes are so expensive these days. I recall that I would get some white ones and wet them, then errantly drop food coloring, making a fancy design. I could change the design since food coloring washes out on the washer.

The great thing about Converse All Stars is that you don't have to worry about trying on a million different pairs. Once you know what size you wear, it is very easy to order them online or purchase them from a store without having to try them on. I absolutely love these shoes. Personally, I have around 50 pair. These black high tops, I ordered for my nephew because I feel like every child should grow up with a pair of Converse in their closet! This is a nice, classic look that can be worn in a variety of ways and for a variety of activities. Overall, I am super pleased with these shoes. My nephew was crazy excited for his new high tops and they fit exactly as we knew they would!

Exactly what I wanted. I'm replacing a pair that lasted me over a decade and I'm hoping these will do the same. Keep in mind these shoes are flat inside, so if you've never worn them before l, they may feel weird or even uncomfortable. Best thing about these shoes is that they seem to fit almost any casual or sporty look, which makes them a perfect shoe to own.

These shoes actually provide moderate arch support and are super comfortable to wear. In the past I have bought knockoffs and they were terrible. I was really surprised how easy they are to get used to. I recently retired so my hard soled business shoes have mostly been donated along with my suits. I am very pleased with the fit and style. These are my fist Chucks but will not be my last.

Comfortable soles and true to size. Quality of other materials like soles has decreased though. I hope they last
