Are these sturdy enough to be used as reward stickers for children

They are paper stickers so there's an obvious limitation to sturdiness. That said, they are good quality

Will these working with Avery templates on their website designed for the E3613 circular labels which are also 40 mm diameter?

I don't know, it won't cost much to find out ;) AND you do get a link to their website to download their template - and it worked perfectly with MS word
