This 14kt solid yellow gold nose bone features a 2mm real diamond. The diamond has SI clarity, color G. It's hard to tell the difference between a real diamond and the cubic zirconia stones at first, but after a few weeks, you can tell. The diamond doesn't appear dirty, whereas the cubic zirconia stone can begin to appear dirty and start to look brown until you clean it. The 20g nose bone has an inner diameter of 6mm and the little ball on the end measures 1mm. The diamond set is so that it actually lays flat on your nose, it won't stick up and out like most others on the market.
