Q: what do you do with it?

In a small bowl, like a compote dish, stir a tiny bit (1/4 teaspoon?) with enough soy sauce to make a thick slurry (not much is needed) and let it sit a bit. Then enjoy it with rice, a stir fry, or any food you want to heat up. I like to dip a bite of food (fork or chop sticks) in it. And sometimes, just pour it over my plated meal. It would be great on steak, I think.

Q: Has anyone made wasabi peas with this? Any suggestions on coating the dried peas with the wasabi powder?
