Chiostro Di Saronno Panettone Rustic Hand Wrapped (Chocolate Cream)

I ordered this, it came fast. A birthday cake for a very fussy elderly gentleman. The cake was packed by Amazon in a paper envelope, not a box, which I thought odd. Yes, the cake came misshapen. Plus expensive. With one bite all fears were eliminated. YUMMY. Don't hesitate, the limoncello variety was delicious. Not too sweet. We will be ordering again. Next time will be just for my husband and I in secret.

I purchased this product to try before I ordered additional ones for holiday gifts - item packed in a box too big they did add bubble wrap to help fill the space but to no avail -the bread had an E-ticket ride! Smashed, flat on top. Also, they added a scan sticker on the top of the lovely paper - could not gift the item that way either - able to pull the sticker off without ripping the paper but left a sticky residue -ugh - was looking forward to gifting this for the holidays - the flavor is nice the potential of squished bread makes it not worth the price

The product may have been great 6 months ago - this is an italian cake for Easter. The items we got were expired at the beginning of September. We will look closer at sellers from now on - some are not to be trusted.

I ordered this last year and it was delicious. This year they made it smaller and they used different chestnuts…I want to say they are candied but not sure. The bread part is dry. If you use it to make French toast then it would be fine. I like it plain with coffee and it was a disappointment. It’s not eligible for return.

Pantone was excellent. but the loaf was smashed on one side.

In paid over $40 hoping to get a really good product and.....dry, tasteless sand a waste of my money....Sad

We routinely get a panettone for the holidays but hadn't yet this season, so we were delighted to see this flavor to try out this year. The candied pears were delicious, the dark chocolate was rich, and the sponge itself was fresh, a great plus! This is a fine variety to know about and to have, and the packaging protected the panettone wel. Yummy!

Sencillamente maravilloso! Esponjoso y suave con un ligero toque de alcohol y una crema riquísima. Quisiera volver a pedirlo en cuanto haya existencia. Excelente! Un manjar de dioses!
