This book gives helpful insights on the bare bone geometric principles of wing chun, very helpful in some aspects but rather lacking in proper form execution and application, these elements are somewhat present but seemingly watered down. The english translation is rather rough, making for a sometimes confusing read. All in all, good information, solid knowledge and and worth the read.

Very disappointed in this book ! Dphotos are grainy and small . They is small and difficult to read .There are a number good books on wing Chun .This one isn't worth the price .

The length of the book's title should have been a clue as to what the content was like, but since I am a Wing Chun fanatic, I got it anyway.Terrible. Some books are so bad that you think, "The author must have just published their draft #1." This is so bad that it's like he published draft #0 (zero)!!!I can't believe the author thought this was good enough for release. There are several pages that are written ALL IN CAPS. Some pages are PARTIALLY IN CAPS, AND THEN partially in lower case. Also, I cannot explain why there are several pages where every single word is underlined. The underline is used to EMPHASIZE passages that are more significant than others. When you underline everything, that kind of takes away the impact.Having said, there is a part on structural testing that was pretty good, but that hardly makes it worth trying to slog through your way through this poorly-edited-and-formatted book.SUMMARY: It is NOT the best!

This book is awful. When I open the book I said NO NO NO. You can't even read the text in the book. I wasted my money, but I won't waste my time trying to read it. Purchase at your own risk.
