So, I started taking these because I'm 50 years old and recently started needing to get up every night to go to the bathroom. After taking them for just a few days it stopped. I've been taking them for I guess a couple months now and have only needed to get up and go three times. At least one of these times I knew it was going to happen because I ate a bunch of watermelon like half an hour before bed. I know, that was stupid, but it was calling me and I couldn't resist. EDIT: Just finished my first bottle and started on a second. These definitely do work. There might be a better brand or more effective mix, but these do work, at least for me. I mean, a bottle is like a three month supply and I've been on bottle two for about a week now and I've gone from getting up almost every night to getting up only five times in the last 3+ months. EDIT 2: On the third bottle now and it still seems to work. EDIT 3 (7-5-24): They stopped working. I think it's a me problem, not a product problem because they stopped working while I was about two thirds of the way through the same bottle I was using when they were working. I increased the dosage to 3/day until I finished that bottle and then started on a new one at the same dosage and I'm still back to having to get up most nights again. Still, give them a shot because they did work for me for a long time. I would say from shortly before the original date of this review up until a few weeks before the EDIT 3 date, which is about a year. Oh well.... I guess I'm off to the doctor.

Been using product for several years. Combined with other supplements,all good. Avoided meds with side effects for treatment for prostate issues. I am not sure how much the product contributes to my healing,but could be 5 stars for some.

If you like to sleep and be tried you will enjoy these pills. I couldn't tell why I was so tried until checking saw palmetto which is the main ingredient and found out it can make you tried.

Not so good for prostrate

This product appeared to have the same ingredients of the one I was previously using, although the dosage seemed stronger. Also, Prostaid 200 was more economical so I thought I'd give it a go. They seemed to work for a few days but I realize now that was probably due to the residual effect of the previous product, because I'm now back to stage one with multiple nocturnal visits to the loo! Prostaid 200 simply does not perform as advertised, I'm going back to the previous (Caruso) product that did work.

Too early to know. Looks good.
