Bye bye dry skin
It’s the start of fall and I’ve been waking up with an almost painful dry nose and throat for awhile now. Figured I’d get a humidifier for my room if I could find one cute enough. This thing is adorable, the cable it comes with is surprisingly long, nose and skin feel great after just an hour of it running. Great little item, very glad I picked it upOnly problems is there is a very low static sound when running (which I actually like because I like white noise), and there was a smudge on the inside of the glass part I tried for 10seconds to open it to see if I could remove the mark but gave up as I didn’t care that much, it’s no bigger than a mm or two

This was my first-ever humidifier and it still works like a charm!
I've had this humidifier for about four months now, I originally bought it as a way to help me breathe when I had the no-no virus in February. It really did fill up the entire room and the color-changing light provided me a lot of comfort when I was trying to fall asleep at night after a long day of having coughing attacks and eating flavorless foods. It's also pretty easy to use; you just untwist the top, stick one of those foam sticks into the cylindrical compartment inside (you twist the compartment out in order to do this), twist the compartment back into its rightful place, then fill the cup part (DON'T GO OVER THE LINES) with your desired amount of water, twist the top part back on (and make sure it's secure!), plug your humidifier into whatever your wall plug/power strip, turn on the power button on the back of the humidifier and voila! Sweet, sweet humidity. I figured I'd put in those directions as to how to use it because I don't know if it was just me being sick-brained or not, but I just could not figure out how to work my humidifier at first so I had to figure it out on my own while surviving on two brain cells (not literally but you get the point).Thankfully, I no longer have the no-no virus and plan on getting vaccinated before October of this year. However, this is still a great item to have around when the air is a bit too dry for comfort, this is good to know for my fellow peeps who have to deal with (facial) eczema and dry eyes. Now, I'm not sure what went wrong with those of you who had these humidifiers malfunction on you, maybe I just got lucky, but either way; I would give this product a 10/10.**EDIT**: I've now had this humidifier for almost a year now and still works perfectly fine, let's see what happens after this second round of the no-no virus (I'm getting the booster sometime next month or the month after that, don't worry)! Also, I'd like to point out that I've been reading some of the more critical reviews and have come to conclusion that the most common issue is that some customers tried putting essential oils into their humidifiers which caused the humidifier to malfunction. I'm going to let you all know; if you want a machine to diffuse essential oils, get a diffuser (you can probably find these on here, as well as almost everything else)! A humidifier just helps humidify a room with water, not essential oils!

Limited functionality
Comes with lots of replacement cotton filters, unit takes up very little space, aesthetics are pleasing, and it is easy to use. Bottom line: it was cheap and it works, but don't set your expectations much higher than that. The opening mechanism is simple -- just unscrew the top from the base. Does not require you to flip it over like some other low-cost units. Easy enough to pour water into the base. I use distilled and pour directly from the gallon jug.By my standards, the unit is very quiet. I only hear it when I am very close to and above it. I sleep with a window open, and I cannot hear the humidifier over the noise coming in through my window. When I ran it on my desk during work the other day, I could hear it but I did not find the sound obtrusive/annoying.The cable that comes with the unit is far too short, but it uses a standard microUSB so you can use your own (longer) cable if you want to.The unit automatically shuts off after about 4 hours, even if there is still plenty of water inside. Presumably this is to prevent the humidifier from running without water, but a water level sensor should have been used instead (timers won't prevent users from forgetting to fill the reservoir). I tend to use the intermittent spray setting, so it is always still about half full when it automatically shuts off. I have been running it while I sleep as the seasons transition (it has been cold and dry). Thus, I would have preferred a unit that runs for longer before automatically shutting off (6-8 hrs) or only shuts off if it runs out of water or is turned off. I suppose there are options built specifically for that purpose, but I didn't want to spend the money. The nightlight option doesn't allow you to choose one color LED. With the LED on, it cycles through the colors. I would have preferred being able to choose the color I want rather than have the cycling.

Long lasting, but needs more care before shipping.
I’ve has mine for three years now and it just stopped working, so I’d say 3 years of use for something of this price is pretty good. I’ve loved mine since I got it. I bought one for my sister for her birthday in January and it came with a big gash on the front window in front of the bear. I returned it and ordered a new one in a different color, and this one also had a gash on it. It was much smaller this time so we kept it, but that was really disappointing for a gift.

Humidifier doesn't work as seller describes –> shuts off after a few minutes
I'm so disappointed. I've only had it for a little over a month, but this humidifier shuts itself off after running for like 10 minutes – no matter if I set it to a constant mist or intermittent mist. The humidifier has performed like this since the day I unboxed it on February 20th. So "technically" it works, but not as the product description states: "300ml water capacity can last up to 10 hours." I am notifying the seller and asking if they can send me a replacement humidifier. It's cute and I would love for it to work properly. :)

Been using for some months
Functions perfectly. Had to change the little filter once. Very good desk humidifier for work.
