LOVE THIS!!
I love love love this plate!! Especially for ginger!! You can grate I whole chink in just a few seconds! This is great quality and it truly does feel like a quality hand made product!

Solidly built
It grates ginger wonderfully (as long as you wet the grater first). Solidly built, less likely to chip than the ones I was using previously.

Garlic Plate Works but brush and peeler Fails!
The media could not be loaded. I love the plate because it’s easy to use but not the brush or the roller to remove the garlic skin. The brush releases bristles which looks like hair and grosses you out; the roller to peel the garlic is flimsy and not sturdy enough and fails big time. The plate itself grates the garlic to a fine paste; works on ginger root as well.
