Move FreeAdvanced Glucosamine Chondroitin MSM Joint Support Supplement, Supports Mobility Comfort Strength Flexibility & Bone - 120 Count (Pack of 3)

I have been using Move Free’s Glucosamine and Chondroitin for at least a decade. I was about to have knee surgery because of what felt like bone on bone pain when I walked. I’m a walker so this was a problem. I went to an acupuncturist who recommended that I take Glucosamine and Chondroitin - 2 in the A.M. and 2 in the evening for 2 weeks and then 2 a day after. These worked like a charm so didn’t need the surgery. You have to take the right amount or these will do you no good but if you take them correctly you will get great results. This new variation uses 3 pills instead of the 2 but they are easy to take while some like this are huge. This variation includes additional Hyaluronic Acid, Calcium Fructoborate and MSM. I’m not sure they work so much better than the one with with reddish label on the front which only requires you to take 2. Try for yourself - they both work. These also seemed to take away hip burning that I was starting to have before I started taking these over a decade ago. It looks like they also cushion shoulders so may have actually helped a rotator cuff injury that I had acupuncture on. Didn’t realize this until looking on this listing. For some reason people seem reluctant to take these before getting knee or hip surgery. Give this a try for a few months and you may not need it. Why expose yourself to possible sepsis if this could solve your problem. Surgery should be the very last thing you try.

After my mom started taking this Move Free glucosamine supplement, she felt some relief from joint pain. We're not sure if it's directly due to the supplement, but we're hopeful and looking forward to seeing more results over time.

I had pain on my knee for a long time, I couldn’t do squats or lunges and I couldn’t run neither , so I started to take move free about a year ago. My pain was gone one month after I have been taking it. I still take it everyday and the pain never comes back. This is the only one that is truly helping. Only downside of this product is the pill is too big , sometimes it is hard to swallow. I wish the edges are round or the pills are smaller

I tried this supplement because my hips hurt all the time, especially when bending and getting in and out of the car. I am 59 years old. I only take one pill a day and all my pain is gone. I highly recommend this product!

It's too soon to tell how effective this product will or won't be, but one advantage of it is that it is lower in sodium than other brands. It;s disappointing, however, not to have the label list the milligrams of elemental calcium contained in the form of calcium used because without that information one can't know how many milligrams of calcium to use for a daily calcium intake tally. That is the reason for 3 stars and not more, plus the fact that there are no long term impact clinical studies on calcium fructoborate as to safety for human health and one AI says not to count it towards a daily mg of calcium intake

I have taken this for years. I am 85+ and I can move more easily.
