Very informative!
This book tells you how it became a craze and shows proven facts and test results. I was interested in this because I was on green tea extract supplements. That combined with an hour of day exercise, I lost 40 pounds in about four months. I always wondered how this green tea and coffee thing 'worked'. This book gives you the facts about the popular green coffee bean diet. It has good information in it and cleared some things up for me. A great e-book.
