SURKER Mens Hair Clippers Cord Cordless Hair Trimmer Professional Haircut Kit for Men Rechargeable LED Display

I bought this trimmer during Covid and have continued to use it since (for the past 5 years). The unit holds a good charge which lasts multiple sessions and the blades cut well. I use a 1/8” comb attachment which requires 3-4 passes to leave a perfectly clean cut. I feel this is a good value given the durability and battery life. It’s a Chinese no-name brand, but it’s easily as good as a name brand trimmer at a lower price. I would buy again when the one I have dies. I did buy a second unit for my parents. The only con is recharging uses a special cable that comes with it. Don’t lose it.

I swear I'm not a ringer or work for this company. I have cut my own hair for 30 years with a trimmer like this. I have tried many of the consumer grade trimmer, Wahl, Conair and others, mostly plug in over the year. This is easily the best trimmer I have ever had be it corded or cordless. First is the heft. It just feels much more sturdy than the typical plastic trimmers. It feels professional and cuts very well. In fact it performs and feels better than every single trimmer I have ever had by a lot. I have a Panasonic and this is much better by ever measure. Second is battery life. I cut my hair once a month. I have had this for three years AND I HAVE NOT HAD TO CHARGE IT! This is nuts to me. I would perfectly happy charing between haircuts but it uses at most 5% battery for a 20 minute haircut. Performance does not change as the battery drains. Lastly is performance. It just cuts well. Many of my previous would clog or struggle with thick hair. This just cuts. It just performs perfectly. The only criticism is that is does not come with side taper combs (spacers). Of course I have boxes of them from old trimmers and they fit fine. So no issue. But it would be good if it came with side taper combs. It is unusual for a product to exceed expectation so dramatically but I would pay 4x or be willing to replace it each year as I had to do with normal consumer trimmers. Not only do I not need to replace it annually. I don't need to charge it!

These are great cordless clippers. You can make them even better with a set of the Wahl USA made 2-hole clipper blades. That pairs the best blades with a solidly built clipper at an overall reasonable price.

Update 2/2024: So as I mentioned I only cut my kids hair. And I also cut my own. In the time I’ve had them I haven’t used them to extensively. These get VERY HOT. Very fast. If you try to use them for blending out the first guideline, it burns. I spray them constantly with cool care. I’ve cleaned them with barbicide. I don’t know what the “oil” indicator light is for. It does not have a reservoir. They still cut fine and run good. Just get very hot very fast and it’s inconvenient. Thats even with turning on and off as cutting. I am not a barber I just cut my kids hair and my own. I think the worst part of this set is the guards. That’s why 8/10. Unless they’ve changed since June of 2022, when I purchased them, they fall off they do not stay on so be careful! Thankfully I’ve never had an accident. I eventually threw them away and used my Wahls clipper guards. I also zero gapped them they don’t come zero gapped. The battery has been good. I can do probably 3 cuts on one charge but I never let it go past 70 I just recharge. Good set! Clippers are pretty quiet! They’re ergonomic. Not heavy, but solid material for sure!

Arrived earlier than expected. I opened the package as soon as I received it. Everything was in order. No oil spillage. Nothing broken. Nothing missing. Everything good. After passing my inspection, I decided to use it immediately. Like many reviewers stated, the battery came pre-charged (had a full 100 minutes). So, I was happy with that. The clipper itself is mostly steel, so it feels a little heavier than the ones I purchased from Wal-mart, which were made of plastic. But the weight is no problem for me. The clippers cut great! The only issue I ran into was that one of the screws that held together the blade plate came loose. It didn't come off, though. I tried to keep screw it back on with my finger since I didn't have a screwdriver in reach. Thank god this happened as I was just finishing up. Don't worry, this isn't a major problem. All I had to do was screw it back in tightly voila! Before I did that, however, I decided I might as well clean the inside for good measure. All in all, everything worked out fine! I'm surprised that a good quality product like this isn't over a hundred bucks like the other ones. Keep in mind, this review is my first experience. Maybe in a couple of more uses I will come back and make an update. Pro-tip: After you receive new clippers, before usage, grease up the blade with the oil it came with. Also, make sure the screws that hold up the blade plate is on tightly. If I knew about this before I would have done it. Lesson learned.

I bought this hair clipper set to cut my hair myself because hair salons are closed due to pandemic. I couldn't be happier with this purchase. Here are what I like: 1. hair clipper is very well and solid made with metal cover, you can feel it when you hold it 2. very powerful and cut my hair smoothly without pulling hair at all 3. very power efficient, it uses less than 15% of power per hair cut 4. cordless with a display to show how many % of power left, so convenient, and recharge quickly 5. comes with 5 different sizes of comb attachment so I can cut my hair in various lengths at different areas Cons: I have cut my own hair 3 times since I got this hair clipper set 5 weeks ago, I have no complain about it so far. I have received many compliments from friends and family about the outcome, and nobody believed it was the first time I cut my own hair ever. I used to have my hair cut at the salon once a month but now I can cut my own hair and keep it neat every 2 weeks and save quite some money.

Bought it 6 years ago and still going strong. Blades have just noticeably start to get dull.
