Great for hamburger, stake, chicken, soup ect.
Love the spice, but paid twice the price getting it from amazon. My normal place for getting it temporarily ran out. But like a lot of things I found it at Amazon. Just would rather not have to spend double the price for it.

We love everything St. Elmo! We use the Steakhouse seasoning on burgers and salmon and it isn't too bold.It doesn't drown out the natural flavor, but it does enhance it!

My go to for grilled steak
I own 3 smokers and one grill so you can imagine I have a lot of rubs and seasonings. St Elmo is my go to for beef on the grill or smoker. Not too salty or too sweet or too savory. There are a lot of Gr8 rubs on the market from Killer Hogs, Meat Church, Cattleman’s Grill, etc., so to break through all the comp teams seasonings is admirable. Going to have to pay a visit the the restaurant in Indy.
