I got this because I ate SOOOO much crap over the holidays. I was hesitant to try this because I've been sensitive to some nutritional supplements in the past. A friend recommended this one, so I figured I'd just do it to kickstart me back into the new year. Of course, I got it, put it in the cabinet and then forgot about it. Fast forward to COVID and I put on 8 pounds from the inactivity and too much access to junk food. LOL!! During my cleaning and organizational spree, I found it and decided to just do it. I figured that I was stuck at home, so if I needed to stay close to the toilet that wouldn't be an issue. These are definitely good to kickstart a healthier lifestyle. Typically, I only go once every 2-3 days, which was part of my problem on feeling weighed down. After trying this, I'm back to a once a day schedule. I definitely feel lighter and less bloated. When I started this I had horrible cramps. I did some research and found out that you need to drink a ton of water to aleviate the cramps. Once I did that, the cramps went away. Quick tip, make sure that you don't leave your house until noon. Otherwise you risk a potential accident. For me, when the rumbling starts I RUN!! You can tell that it's really cleaning you out because the smell of the hazardous waste coming out of you is the worst thing I've ever smelled. Thank goodness for the face masks we need for COVID. LOL!! I lost 5 pounds over the 14 days and I have a ton more energy. It's a great kick in the butt to get you back to a healthier lifestyle.

I take one of these when I feel constipated, and it is much gentler than a laxative. Works like a charm!

Did the whole course as instructed with very little results. I have used other products that were better in detoxing this product didnt detox very well. I have a healthy diet and I stay hydrated so I shouldn't of had any issues with detoxing it just didnt do anything for me.
