Too many unexplained items of information
There are probably some useful ideas in this book but I found it incomplete and confusing to some extent. There were some remedies listed with no information as to what they are or where to find them such as Viragraphis and Monolaurin acid. Also, to test for the virus, the PCR test is suggested. What I know is that the inventor of this test, Kary Mullis, said it should not be used to test for infectious disease.Dr Sebi encourages quinoa as part of an alkaline diet but this book says to avoid it for herpes with no explanation.I'm not sure why it is called the one week cure for Herpes as there is no listed 7 day diet and supplement plan just a variety to choose from and implement at your own rate I suppose.I'd say that I'm pretty disappointed but will try some of the suggestions.

Book was lazily written
I dislike this book. It gives an overall review of things that may or may not work but not actually any procedural steps to cure a sickness. No step by step directions on what to do exactly to cure oneself of sickness.

No new info.
No new info. Same info as Google and elsewhere.

Nonvaluable, waste of a tree.
This is not worth $2. To mislabel this a book, when in actuality a 10 page pamphlet. The person should be ashamed for sending this to be published. You have nonpunctuated sentences, headings at the bottom of a page, 20 font, and poor grammar.

No cure, just Therapy's. Very misleading.
It was misleading in title.

Not very helpful!
Nothing I count find from the internet, Google or YouTube. There is no true 2 week guide just basic information on what do and not do. Save your money!

Do not buy
Does not give any special or real detailed information. The info in this book you can find on google for free. Like home remedies and probably more. Not worth buying. I def sent it back.
