This is a regular vitamin we take and this is the brand we like.

I've never had problems swallowing pills or capsules and, in fact, usually take more than one at a time. These pills are IMPOSSIBLE for me to swallow whole so I gently tap them with a pestle and break them into about 4 pieces. I'd give them 5 stars were it not for that.

I trust Solgar 100%. I also bought Magnesium Citrate and I feel great with the combination of both

These are great for leg cramps and low potassium, I have noticed others seem to think they are large and hard to swallow, which is true, but I chew them quickly then gulp some water and they go down a treat.
